I’m Eddie K. Emmett — founder of FYI Express and creator of the FYI Express+ Quoting Framework. My journey began in Gainesville, Georgia, where I discovered that insurance education could be taught with clarity and personality instead of jargon. Over four decades, I built courses, newsletters, and certification programs that helped thousands of producers learn faster and sell smarter. I became known for turning complex coverage into conversational teaching — what I call insurance edutainment. I faced plenty of challenges: outdated training systems, skeptical regulators, and the uphill climb of building credibility in multiple states. Each obstacle pushed me to innovate — to make learning visual, bilingual, and scenario‑based so producers could apply it immediately. Today, I’m excited to share everything I’ve learned about transforming agency marketing with AI. My biggest goal is simple: help producers stop creating noise and start creating authority. When education becomes clear, agencies grow — and that’s the mission that drives me every day.
